American Lending Center (ALC) - a leading EB-5 regional center and subsidiary of Regional Centers Holding Group - today announced the opening of a new office in Taipei, Taiwan. ALC’s first on-the-ground operations in Taiwan, the office will be a key asset in the company’s ongoing growth into new markets.
“ALC is pleased to announce our expansion into Taiwan as of April 16, and excited to be working with a new community on successful and effective EB-5 investing,” stated ALC Chief Operating Officer Stella Zhang. “We are so grateful to the Taiwanese government for approving our regional center’s EB-5 projects, and proud to be one of very few approved EB-5 project providers in Taiwan.”
ALC is a uniquely successful EB-5 regional center, with a proven track record of achieving significant local economic development as well as maximizing return on investment for financiers. ALC received a record-breaking nine EB-5 project approvals in nine different cities for 30 newly approved investors in the past month of March alone. The company is currently the largest non-bank SBA 504 lending institution, having successfully funded 70 projects with EB-5 funds to date.
