ZTEST Announces Grant of Stock Options

NORTH YORK, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/31/13 -- ZTEST Electronics Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ZTE) wishes to announce that an aggregate of 600,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company at $0.10 per share for five years have been granted to five (5) directors (500,000) and two (2) senior officers (100,000) of the Company.





The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
