Managing Directors David Hart and Natalie Brooks are heading up a team that is leading ZRG into Education portals throughout the world. The practice includes clients in early childhood development, K-12,
supplementary education, and post-secondary schools.

David has over 28 years of executive search experience. During his career he has worked with the leadership of several industries including Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, Technology, and Aviation. Also David has built a successful practice working with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms and their portfolio companies. For the last five years his focus has been on the Education Sector.
Natalie brings over 20 years of executive search experience to ZRG. She has worked with emerging businesses along with Fortune 500 organizations in Publishing, Education, Healthcare and Financial Services. In addition to Natalie"s portfolio in executive search, her expertise lies in organizational design and effectiveness.
The Education Team is already hard at work on projects throughout the United States, Europe, and The Middle East (Dubai). Placements have included the Senior Vice President of Education at Nobel Learning Communities, the Chief Operating Officer at Ogle Schools, and the Chief Enrollment Officer at Nations Academy (now GEMS America, LLC).
