Actress RENEE ZELLWEGER suffers from insomnia when she's filming, because she can't switch off from the movie set.
The BRIDGET JONES'S DIARY star admits she spends all night worrying about the next day's filming and finds her brain is too busy to switch off.
She says, "I don't sleep well when I'm working.
"I wake up in the night, thinking about the role and the scenes. I can't seem to break the spell."
