2009-11-10 05:18:00 - As the American jumbo oyster hits its full-season swing, Michelin star chef Tsang Chiu King has devised a succulent á la carte menu serving this worldwide wonder 10 different ways.

The menu, available exclusively at Ming Court throughout November, features this international delicacy paired with ingredients such as foie gras, abalone, black truffle and crab meat.

The American jumbo oyster menu is available every lunch and dinner throughout the month. Reservations are recommended and can be made by phoning 3552 3300.
