Premiere San Diego new home builder Brookfield Homes recently announced lower prices on select homes that close escrow by December 31, 2009, and an additional $10,000 incentive to be used toward upgrades or closing costs on specific homes. To be eligible for the reduced pricing and $10,000 in incentives, the homes must close before Dec. 31. The selection of homes

is located at Cordova and Trellis at Windingwalk in Chula Vista.

“Reduced prices, a $10,000 additional incentive and very low interest rates make buying a new home the smart thing to do,” explained Lora Heramb, vice president of sales and marketing for Brookfield Homes. “Tax credits have inspired many to enter the market, and our incentives make it even more worthwhile to buy now.”

According to Heramb, there are five Cordova homes now selling that are available to close by Dec 31. They are: Unit 175, Plan 6, 1,984 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, includes upgraded flooring, $388,900; Unit 168, Plan 2, 1,638 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, $331,900; Unit 167, Plan 1, 1,655 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, $339,900; Unit 166, Plan 3, 1,794 square feet, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, $349,900; Unit 165, Plan 4, 1,849 square feet, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, $359,900.

Trellis at Windingwalk by Brookfield Homes has one home available to close by Dec. 31, according to Heramb. Priced at $489,900, the Plan 3 residence has 2,496 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, upgraded flooring and numerous upgrades. The kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The home also includes air conditioning, front yard landscaping and security system.

The master-planned community of Windingwalk features numerous outstanding community amenities.
