Karpowicz as directors of XPEL at XPEL’s annual meeting of shareholders held on June 30, 2009. Messrs. Hayes and Karpowicz will replace Maxwell A. Polinsky and Murray R. Nye on the board of directors and will each hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders.
