GALWAY, IRELAND -- (Marketwire) -- 12/02/09 -- Written by Martin Lynch, European News Editor for Industrial Info (Galway, Ireland) -- German energy company E.ON AG : (OTC:EONGY) (Dusseldorf, Germany) has been cleared to restart work on the company's troubled Datteln coal-fired plant after a stoppage of more than two months. In September, E.ON was forced to stop work on the disputed 1,050-megawatt (MW) power plant in northern Germany after the Higher Administrative Court in Munster refused to allow E.ON to use two partial construction permits that had been granted earlier.
