Mr. Yano is a San Francisco-based technology executive who worked in the industry for companies like Agilent Technologies, Inc. and recently for Aspectrics, Inc. Mr. Yano has worked with companies such as Eli Lilly, Dow Chemical, DuPont, Lockheed-Martin, Coors, and the Governments of Japan and China. He has a solid understanding of global business cultures, achieving sales goals, business development and focusing product development teams. He is experienced in developing key channel partner/OEM relationships, and strategic roadmap planning.
Mr. Yano initial duties as COO will be to focus on the Company's business plan and subsequent execution. He will also
identify and make the necessary connections to get OEMs underway.
