Designed to pay tribute to the most innovative real estate projects in the Asia Pacific region, the MIPIM Asia Awards 2008 drew over 70 project submissions from 13 different countries across the Asia Pacific region. Woodhead was one of twenty finalists in the seven competition categories, and edged out Beijing Finance Street of China and Mode-Gakuen Spiral Towers of Japan to emerge the winner in the Mixed-Used Buildings Category.

Accepting the award on Woodhead's behalf, Regional Principal Andrew Carmichael said, 'Woodhead is very proud to accept this award as recognition of our ongoing successful developments in Asia. nation of Singapore.'

'The jury was impressed by the large number of high quality submissions and the selection of the nominations and winners was therefore a difficult process. The MIPIM Asia Awards took place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on November 20.
