WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – American Honda Motor Company recently recognized White Plains Honda for the outstanding performance of its service department. The dealership’s Express Service operation achieved “elite” status thanks to a high rating in customer service.
“Our talented team here is dedicated to providing the best customer experience in the area,” said Peter Vaccaro, service director at White Plains. “Being recognized as elite by American Honda is a great honor and further proves our team is doing it the right way.”
White Plains Honda achieved the honor for its “commitment to delivering an Express Service experience that [its] customers rated as Elite,” according to an official letter from American Honda. “We know it takes a committed team working in tandem to
provide this kind of superior Express Service.”
In addition to an official recognition, American Honda will also provide each member of the service team with Honda service lane sportswear, such as a jacket, polo shirt and cap, which features the Express Service Elite badge. The dealer will also receive a plaque for display and additional marketing funds to be used to promote their Express Service.
