When YoungHollywood.com correspondent Michelle Marie told Barton she seemed like the typical Malibu girl and had great style, she replied, 'You think so? I

have lost of friends who live around here. My favorite beach is right next door, El Matador and I love this area.'
YoungHollywood.com correspondent Michelle Marie also asked about her dogs, and Barton replied, 'I have Charles Dickens who's a mutt rescue and Ziggy Stardust and she's a pomeranian mix. I'm like dog whisperer with dogs, I make sure my dogs are well-behaved.'
Barton also talked about how she splits her time between Paris, New York, London and Los Angeles. When asked what a typical day was for her, Barton replied, 'When I'm home here in LA, I do a lot of reading. This is my productive place, its work time for me when I'm in LA.'
