- Wet Seal launches Nationwide and Online Promotion with Prima J and Geffen Records.

The Wet Seal, Inc. (Nasdaq:WTSLA), a leading specialty retailer to young women, today announced a promotion with one of the nation's hottest emerging artists, Prima J, represented by Geffen Records. This exclusive promotion includes a sweepstakes on wetseal.com in which one lucky girl can win

a "Chilosa" style make-over and a backyard barbeque with Prima J. Janelle and Jessica, the two girls of Prima J, will fly to the winner's hometown for a make-over in the local Wet Seal store. After the make-over, the contest winner will host a catered backyard barbeque for up to 50 people, where the girls of Prima J will perform, take photos and sign autographs.

"Chilosa", pronounced Chee-loh-sah, is a word created by the girls of Prima J for "A sassy, hot and feisty girl who's independent with a little spice. She's the fun and fearless girl next door, with lots of spirit, who has a deep inner self-confidence. Over 400 Wet Seal stores nationwide will also have signs speaking to the promotion. The CD will be available for purchase nationwide for $10.50, and the CD's hottest tracks will be playing in the store. The promotion also includes links to wetseal.com from Prima J's MySpace page, Prima J's Chilosa blog site, and the official Prima J site.
