- Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Inc. - America's largest bank-owned insurance brokerage and a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) - announces that Michael Boros has joined its Fort Wayne, Ind. office as managing director. Boros will be responsible for all functions of the Fort Wayne brokerage office. For the past five years he has served as production/sales manager
in the company's Grand Rapids, Mich. office.

"We look forward to working with Mike, as he focuses on expanding our customer focused franchise in Fort Wayne."
"Mike brings a wealth of leadership experience in sales, operations management and business strategy, which will be of great benefit to our customers, partners and team members," said Bill Niezer, former managing director for Fort Wayne, who will be assisting Boros in the transition, while redirecting his primary efforts toward personal production.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Boros spent 17 years with Wausau Insurance Companies. Boros' last position with Wausau was as director of commercial accounts for the Mich., Ohio, Northern Ind. and Chicago markets, where his teams were regularly in the top 10 percent of all Wausau offices.
Boros received his bachelor's degree (magna cum laude) from Cleary University in Ann Arbor, Mich. and his MBA from Baker College in Flint, Mich.
