MacDonald Training Center Foundation, which helps sustain the operations of
MacDonald Training Center (MTC), a Tampa, Fla.-based non-profit organization

The organizations have also launched a new partnership to research, identify and
implement opportunities for WellCare to expand its workforce through the
inclusion of diverse employees. These new employees may include people with
disabilities, military veterans and others.
"At WellCare, our future success will depend largely on our ability to build a

disabilities."
