2014-04-23 12:24:40 - provides personalized gifts with the dream to launch a new trend: when launching a new business why don’t entrepreneurs include right away a part to give to persons in need, even the tiniest part?

Brussels, Belgium - April 23, 2014 - At the moment Stéphan VANCASTER, founder of, had the idea of his website he immediately integrated the Help Others Program (HOP). HOP aims to share 40% of the profit generated by selling personalized gifts (online blocks containing a love/friendship message). New version of the website is available from now on.

“According to a press release published by Oxfam in January 2014, ‘the 85 richest people on Earth own the wealth of half of the world’s population… Something is clearly going wrong in the way our society works said Stéphan. “As I know how it feels to be broke and almost homeless this kind of statement has a tendency to get me upset. These

people accumulate so much money that they won’t even be able to spend it in one life (or several). And on the other side… the number of persons in need keeps increasing

By creating himself both the website and the software allowing him to handle everything on his own, the costs to develop everything are really low. This is why it is possible for Stéphan to give away 40% of the profit to the Help Others Program.

The HOP is a program that wishes to help associations with charitable causes whose primary aim is to fight poverty and/or strive for sustainable health of people.

Though these associations can be from any country the basic principle is that the money will go back to organizations situated in the same countries as the customers.

The website has a potential income of over 3 million US dollars. Giving 40% of the profit (=Taking into consideration some variable costs like Google AdWords, Paypal fees and other commissions) means that approximately 1 million US dollars could be raised for associations with charitable causes.

“I don’t know if people will buy blocks on my website said Stéphan. “I know for sure some will tell that my website reminds them of The Million Dollar Homepage published in 2005 by Alex Tew. I don’t see any problem with that as I consider my website having another purpose. Of course I would like to be able to clean up my financial problems but I would be even more enthusiast if my story could touch companies/shareholders in the way they handle their profit

About Long Lasting Trace was launched end of January 2014 with a brand new version on April 8, 2014. Buyers can publish a love/friendship message kept for an unlimited duration. No commercial blocks are accepted. There are 30.000 blocks available.
