At Ocean Acres at Barnegat, buyers can choose from a large portfolio of competitively priced single-family homes with various floor plans, starting at $249,995. Several spec houses are currently available for immediate occupancy. The three-bedroom Sherwood spec, priced at $259,802, is under construction and features a 1,700-square-foot floor plan with a full basement, two-car garage and predetermined upgrades. The Madison spec, priced at $314,193, offers a full basement, expanded family room, and gourmet kitchen. The Mayfield spec has recently been reduced to $399,995, and includes $143,500 worth of custom options including a full basement. Pricing includes $1,500 in options.
