Worldview Equity I, LLC, San Mateo, California, USA, notified us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on October 30, 2009 they had
fallen below the 3% voting rights threshold in ADVA AG Optical
Networking and that their share of voting rights was at 2.97%
(1.373.287 voting rights) that day. These 2.97% (1.373.287 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Worldview Equity I, LLC among other
things via Worldview Capital IV, L.P. pursuant to section 22
paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 1 WpHG.

Further, Worldview Capital IV, L.P., San Mateo, California, USA,
notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on October 30,
2009, they had fallen below the 3% voting rights threshold in ADVA AG
Optical Networking and that their share of voting rights was at 2.64%
(1.220.472 voting rights) that day. These 2.64% (1.220.472 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Worldview Capital IV, L.P pursuant to
section 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1,  number 1 WpHG.
