Apple platforms, the application can also be found on The app allows customers to access Volkswagen’s aftersales centre directly with their fingertips letting them retrieve important numbers and addresses as well as make reservations to test drive any Volkswagen vehicle.

Commenting on the new app, Mr. James Oliver, Dealer Principal for Volkswagen Jordan, said: “The new Volkswagen app for Smartphones is your personal assistant whilst on the road providing convenience to our customers with a number of features. Customers will now be able to schedule a service appointment, save a parking space, book a test drive and check the meaning of any warning light, all on the convenience of

their own smartphone. Additionally, 24 hour road side assistance can also be arranged directly from the new app. We are confident that our customers will enjoy this privileged service which further enhances our desire to bring German engineering for everyone”.
