- Vitro Diagnostics, Inc. (OTCBB:VODG), dba Vitro Biopharma, announced the opening of a new corporate facility in the Coors Technology Center located in Golden Colorado. The new facility will be used for manufacturing, research & development and administrative functions. It is especially suited to support FDA-compliant manufacturing of the Company's human stem cell products for various commercial applications in medical

research, pharmaceutical manufacturing, drug discovery and cell therapy of diabetes and other diseases. The Company is leasing the facility from a third party at a rate comparable to its prior facility leases.
