Visions@Work Announces Formal Launch

Visions@Work, LLC, a provider of physician relationship management and electronic referral services, today announced its formal launch and the availability of its Preferr product, a software collaboration platform that improves organizational efficiencies related to the referral process and managing physician relationships. The company - which is founded on a commitment to helping physicians improve continuity of care, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, enhance patient satisfaction and gain economies of scale - will provide the product through a subscription-based, software as a service (SaaS) delivery model.


Visions@Work is led by Pranam Ben and Diana Croft. Ben serves the company as CEO and has previous experience in information technology solutions, Web-based product development and strategic consulting in the healthcare, retail, education

and financial sectors. Croft serves as president, services of Visions@Work and has core expertise in enterprise client management, business process reengineering, marketing strategies development and revenue generation.

The Visions@Work Preferr product (www.preferr.net) enables physician offices and hospitals to help providers address growing healthcare needs, better serve patients, and foster physician relationships by automating the referral process. A monthly subscription to Preferr will enable physicians to:


- Automate the referral process by allowing them to initiate, receive and manage referrals electronically;
- Exchange patient demographic and clinical information in real time via secure, HIPPA compliant methods;
- Track referrals, identify and forecast referral patterns to help gain insight to better manage patient care and staffing; and
- Communicate with healthcare entities utilizing a secure messaging infrastructure to relay updates or seek additional information.
