Under the agreements, VCSY will offer Netriplex's world-class hosting services and disaster recovery offerings. Netriplex will market all of VCSY's products, including the Managed Baseline Solution, emPath, and SiteFlash. Additionally, Netriplex will house VCSY's Network Operations Center with 24/7 capability essential to VCSY Managed Baseline Solution.
