Walsh has over 20 years of Value Added Tax (VAT) technology experience. Walsh joined Vertex in 2004 after stints with HM Customs & Excise, Midland Bank, Foster"s Brewing

Group, Rothmans of Pall Mall Ltd., and PricewaterhouseCoopers of New York, Dublin and Nairobi. Since then he has been instrumental in establishing Vertex"s VAT and international presence through his work with customers and partners.
Walsh has worked diligently to aide Vertex in building the leading VAT solution in the marketplace. In addition, he has utilized his extensive background in international Indirect Tax project management and value added tax practices to create many popular educational papers for the industry.
