Verigy Announces “Call-for-Ideas” for its VOICE 2010 Conference

Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, today announced a “call-for-ideas” for its VOICE 2010 conference. VOICE is a leading conference for Verigy customers and partners using its V93000 system-on-chip (SOC), V101 low-cost IC and V6000/V5000 memory test platforms.

Presentation abstracts are being accepted through November 16, 2009 for the following three technology tracks.

- Hardware Design and New Products;
- Test

Techniques and Methodologies (including topics on RF, High-speed Memory, DRAM, Mixed Signal, BIST and DFT); and
- Software Productivity Tools (including topics on DFY, DFT and Yield Learning)


Each technology track will address device technology, measurement specifics, test time reduction, new Verigy solutions, industry standards and future test requirements and challenges. To honor the contributions to the conference, the VOICE 2010 Best Presentation Award will be given to the three best presentations of the conference, as chosen by their peers.
