Venus Thrash, fellow of Cave Canem and Soul Mountain has released her debut poetry book entitled “The Fateful Apple.” Thrash is scheduled to appear on LIVE with Shelia Alexander Reid on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. (EST) to discuss her debut collection. The Sheila Alexander-Reid LIVE show is Washington, D.C’s only LGBT FM radio show airing on 89.3 ( www.wpfwfm.org/radio/). The show airs every Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 p.m. EST.
Thrash says, “I've known Shelia for many years and I’m excited to be on her show to discuss the release of my debut poetry book The Fateful Apple.”
