Venn Life Sciences (“Venn”), a leading provider of development consulting and resourcing services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices industries today announced a number of management changes to facilitate the aggressive expansion of its existing geographical presence and service offering.

Mr. Sean Leech has been appointed Venn’s Chief Executive Officer and will replace Mr. Tony Richardson who has served as Venn’s Chief Executive Officer since January 2009. Mr. Leech has over 20 years of senior management experience, a significant proportion of which is in the area of clinical development. Mr. Richardson will become Venn’s Executive Chairman and will continue to be involved with the strategic development of Venn.

Ms. Sabine Hutchison has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President

- Business Development. Ms. Hutchison has over 25 years of scientific, drug development and business development experience. Until recently Ms. Hutchison held the position of Global Vice President of Business Development - DOCS, the strategic resourcing division of ICON plc.

It was also announced today that Ms. Graciëlle Schutjens, who joined Venn in 2010, has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Governance and Client Services with effect from April 1st, 2012. Ms.

Schutjens has an extensive background in the areas of nutrition, biology and health education and has over 15 years clinical development experience.
