Susquehanna Bank Selects NPC/SCS for Merchant Services
Vantiv's Merchant Services Business Expands in the Mid-Atlantic Region
Cincinnati - Jan. 10, 2013 - National Processing Company (NPC), a Vantiv, Inc.
subsidiary (NYSE: VNTV), and Security Card Services, LLC (SCS) announced today
that they have entered into a multi-year agreement with Susquehanna Bank, a
premier provider of banking and financial services, as its exclusive provider of
merchant debit and credit card processing services. Susquehanna Bank, located
throughout the mid-Atlantic region, serves customers and communities at its 261
branch locations. The agreement expands the portfolio of merchant bank branches
that Vantiv serves on the East Coast.
"We are pleased that Susquehanna Bank has chosen NPC and SCS to provide merchant
services to their commercial customers," said James Oberman, NPC Managing
Director. "Susquehanna's strong customer service, combined with our broad
portfolio of merchant services and scale processing, creates a cost-effective
solution that helps Susquehanna further grow their commercial customer base."

provides financial institutions a turnkey, integrated processing solution that
can help their commercial customers meet their business goals. And, with an
advanced reporting tool, these merchant businesses can better plan and manage
their bottom line.
