Monwar Hossain, Managing Director, Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company Limited, Major General (Retd) ATM Abdul Wahab, Mr. Aziz Ahmad, CEO of UTC Associates and Vonair, including over 50 key BTCL Sr. Managers and dignitaries.
UTC’s executable plan provided a foundation and blueprint for the following areas, including Broadband Infrastructure, E-Governance, E-Finance, E-health and E-learning.
