STOCKHOLM, Sweden (AP) - Swedish police say the U.S. rapper known as «Spliff Star» has been arrested on suspicion of drug possession.
Police spokeswoman Lotta Larsson says William Lewis was taken into custody early Sunday after a performance with Busta Rhymes in Stockholm.
She says police found an unidentified substance in his hotel room. Concert organizer O&P Worldwide says a police drug squad had also raided Busta Rhymes' hotel room but found no drugs.
The police spokeswoman said Monday that Lewis was released after leaving a urine sample to be tested for drugs.
Sweden's drug laws are stricter than those of many other European countries. Drug possession is normally punished by fines or up to six months in prison.
