announced that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter and full
year ended December 31, 2012, after the market closes on Thursday, March
14, 2013. Release of Molycorp's financial results will be followed by an
investor conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern.  Constantine Karayannopoulos,
President and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Doolan, Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.
