- Project Profiles – Case studies and short video segments illustrate recent affordable housing projects for a variety of low- to moderate-income populations, including working families and individuals with special needs, such as homeless persons, families and seniors. Video segments also include interviews with bank executives and testimonials from partners and property residents.
- Product Types – Presents an introduction to Union Bank’s products, including construction loans, equity investments and permanent loans, as well as CDF’s consultation services offered to developers of affordable housing and green development projects.
