Umniah Continues Its Partnership with "Trip to Innovation" and Supportsits 8theventinAlKarak
As part of belonging to innovation, andinvesting in human resources, Umniah participated in the 8th event for its partner"Trip to Innovation" which targeted youth leaders in AlKarak District.
Umniahsupported the initiative’s 8thevent that was held in two historical and touristic sites in the south of the Kingdom: AlKarak Castle, and Panorama AlKarak, where more than 150 members representing young entrepreneurs and business owners from all over the Kingdom attended the event andengaged with the sessions and workshops. Since its inception, the initiativeaimed to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity away from traditional ideas especially when searching for career jobs.
During the event 10entrepreneurs and talented people shared their experiences and stories of successwhile emphasizing how they transformed their dreams into productive projects.

The event also includesfield visits reaching out to entrepreneurs in their own environment and business incubators as well as national companies which reflectsthe successful criteria in the business world.
This renewed collaboration with trip to Innovation initiative reflects Umniah’s commitment and confirms its continuous support encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation. Umniah believes in the importance of motivating youth to be creative thus leading tothe creation of job opportunities, this is a continued journey and will assist young leaders in the provinces.
