2013-02-06 13:32:19 - Ubiwhere® announces that has been appraised at Level 2 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). The appraisal was performed by Process Quality Engineering S.L..

Ubiwhere internal development processes were rated at CMMI Level 2. This achievement is another milestone in Ubiwhere’s efforts to enhance its processes development. With this appraisal, Ubiwhere has become the youngest Portuguese company rated at CMMI.
CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
An appraisal at maturity level 2 indicates that the organization is performing at a “managed” level. At this level, projects have ensured that processes are planned and executed in accordance with policy; the projects employ skilled people who have adequate resources to produce controlled outputs; involve relevant stakeholders; are monitored, controlled, and reviewed; and are evaluated for adherence to their process descriptions.
This major achievement crosses

off a prime objective from the company’s 2013 corporate strategic plan. Ubiwhere aims to continually improve products and services development, establishment and management towards success.
