This announcement reflects the departure of Ben Emons who has left the firm. Andrew Stenwall,
chief investment officer of Nuveen Asset Management's Taxable Fixed Income team continues in the role of portfolio manger for both funds. Steve Lee, who currently serves on the portfolio management team for JGG, now also serves as a portfolio manager for JGT. The remaining members of the portfolio management team for each fund continue to serve in their respective roles.
Mr. Lee has been with Nuveen Investments since the spring of 2007. Prior to joining the firm he was with HSBC Bank USA. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in economics and mathematics from Yale University and his MBA in finance from New York University, Stern School of Business.
