Internationally renowned fitness expert, TV host and actress Kiana Tom will interview moms during the Dana Point Turkey Trot for "Fit Mom TV, the first web-based fitness series for busy moms.

Tom is founder of the top-rated fitness series, "Kiana's Flex Appeal" on ESPN, author of "Kiana's Body Sculpting" and the recipient of the United States Sports Academy Award. "Kiana's

Flex Appeal," is a trend-setting health and fitness series that reaches 80 million people nationwide.

After taking time off to start a family, Tom is re-entering the entertainment business with her newest project, "Fit Mom TV," which launches on Jan. 1, 2010.

Tom plans to chat with moms and trot with her kids during the Dana Point Turkey Trot presented by Golden State Foods. The Thanksgiving Day event is expected to attract 11,000 participants from around the globe for a scenic coastal run along the Dana Point Harbor.
