TSYS Healthcare announced today that Mark O’Leary, senior vice president of business development, will speak about fraud at the 5 th Annual World Healthcare IT Congress. Ralph Bernstein, senior vice president of U.S. Bank Healthcare Payment Solutions, will join O’Leary to provide his banking perspective on mitigating risk in healthcare payments.

Building upon a subject that is top of mind in the

healthcare industry today, O’Leary and Bernstein will discuss how advances in payment technology (including the structure, tools, technology and standardization of payment cards) allow participants to authorize and confirm a payment in seconds while mitigating fraud from the beginning of the transaction.

For five years the World Healthcare Innovation and Technology Congress has brought together industry thought leaders to provide strategic insight into healthcare reform and the advancement of information technology.
