- TSYS announced today that it has rescheduled its second-quarter analyst conference call for July 30, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. EDT, in order to avoid conflicts with analyst calls scheduled by others in our industry. The company will still issue its second-quarter earnings report on July 30, 2008, after market hours as previously announced. Shareholders and other interested persons may

listen to this conference call via simultaneous internet broadcast at www.tsys.com by clicking on the "conference call" icon on the home page. You must download Windows Media Player (free download available) before accessing the conference call or the replay. The conference call will be archived for 12 months and will be available starting 30-45 minutes after the call ends.
