www.tsavo.com - Edge Communications, Inc. Ken Greenberg, 818-990-5001 ken@edgecommunicationsinc.com Tsavo Media (www.tsavo.com), a new company focused on delivering highly relevant experiences to today's digital consumers, announced today that it has opened a headquarters office at 2525 Main Street in Santa Monica.

At the same time, Tsavo announced that the company has acquired Better, Inc., a technology-enabled services provider in

the search engine marketing sector. Founded in 2004 by entrepreneur Ben Padnos, the company provides a variety of services ranging from SEO and PPC management to such clients as Paramount, DreamWorks and Closet World.

"The Better acquisition enables us to take our content monetization technology, paired with Better's traffic generation services, and provide content publishers with growth and increased revenue, through a single services engagement," said Michael Jones, founder and CEO, Tsavo Media. "We believe this offering is unique in the market, and will be highly relevant to content web publishers. Creating a base of operations in Santa Monica enables us to draw on a rich talent pool and take full advantage of the local tech community's energy and human capital."

An Internet sales and marketing pioneer, Padnos has more than a dozen years of online sales, strategy, marketing and business development experience, including four years in the Yahoo! (NASD: YHOO) organization.

Padnos founded DONE! Ventures in 2001 after leaving Yahoo's strategic ValueLab, where he was involved in forging relationships with key Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Yahoo! ValueLab, Padnos was a manager in Yahoo's West Coast sales group and one of the company's top worldwide revenue producers, generating nearly $100 million in sales as Yahoo! grew from fewer than 200 people to more than 3,600. He began his career as director of marketing at University Netcasting, Inc., where he launched a collegiate online sports network, FANSonly.com -- later acquired by Viacom and rebranded as the CBS College Sports Network (www.cstv.com). Padnos attended the University of Michigan.

In August, Tsavo named Mike Macadaan Vice President of Product and Design. Most recently Vice President of Design at AOL, Macadaan previously held product and content leadership roles for such companies as TechTV, Intuit and GO.com. He is also actively involved with the Southern California start-up community as the founder of Twiistup (www.twiistup.com).
