2009-11-03 09:17:55 - Get Curious - Not Furious! "Showing Our True Colors" Author films a landmark PBS special

Personality Specialist Mary Miscisin just finished filming her True Colors PBS Special entitled "Get Curious - Not Furious, Communicating Your True Colors". The special was filmed at PBS studios in Detroit Michigan, and is scheduled to air locally in Detroit in December 2009, and Nationally in March 2010.

The special is unique for PBS in that Mary interacts with the

studio audience in her typical engaging and humorous manner - and the camera caught the magic that happens when a person discovers their True Colors.

The entire filming took about four hours, and will be edited down to a one hour special with the extra footage to be included as a bonus on the DVD. We can only hope they include the bloopers!

The lucky participants were taken through Mary's unique True Colors workshop, with special emphasis on recognizing the communication patterns of each of the Colors. Mary then offered specific tips and a "secret" system for improving communication - even with those people that you used to find irritating!
