Trotec Laser acquired two companies in 2010 to strengthen its sales and service subsidiary in the UK. Therefore the offices in Washington became the new head quarter of the company.
This now combines marketing and the technical service base with the consumables warehouse, manufacturing sales and administration teams, along with the telemarketing department and the rotary workshop are already located in the Washington area. With all these functions under one roof, this change will provide a strong base from which to achieve continuous growth over the next years.
Because of the constant growing of the sales team, Trotec will continue to maintain two sales offices, including showrooms, in Bristol and Guildford. Furthermore the company is going to open two new ones in

the Midlands and North, so that the sales team is supported well.
Additionally to the offices in each of the areas field-based service engineers will be present. This enables Trotec to stay close to the customers and provide excellent and fast service in case of requests.
