Mr. Leyva is a Project Manager with the City of Tucson, Arizona, where he has worked for 13 years. He is managing the Wi-Fi network and the deployment of new applications. Previously, he managed the fiber optic network deployment. Mr. Leyva graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Systems Engineering, and is a frequent speaker at W2i Digital Cities and North American Municipal Wireless conferences.
