Oslo, 27 February 2013 - Reference is made to announcement 26 February regarding
Extraordinary General Meeting in Northern Logistics Property ASA (the
"Company"). The Extraordinary General Meeting decided inter alia to change the
Company's name to Tribona ASA.

The new name has today been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises.
