Transmode recruits Johan Wilsby as new CFO

Stockholm, Sweden - 7(th) February 2013 - Transmode, a global supplier of packet
optical networking solutions, today announced that it has recruited Johan Wilsby
to be its new CFO. Johan will be part of the management team and report to CEO
Karl Thedéen after he takes up the position in the second quarter of 2013.

Johan Wilsby joins Transmode from Hewlett-Packard where he was most recently
Director Finance & Administration of the operations for Nordic and Baltics. He
has a master's degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and has extensive
experience from senior positions in finance in the IT sector. Prior to joining
Hewlett-Packard in 2007, he worked for Microsoft from 1994, where he was
Director Finance & Administration for Western Europe from 2004 to 2007.
