These seminars are offered as part of the firm's efforts to educate the public about Estate Planning and Medicaid/Nursing Home Planning issues and solutions. George Lovett, attorney at Lovett & Lovett Co., will give an overview of the basics of Estate Planning and Medicaid/Nursing Home Planning. In addition, he will discuss how Ohio residents can properly pass on their estate according to their wishes as
well as pay for a nursing home stay.
The first seminar will take place on November 7, 2012 from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the Courtyard Marriott at the University of Dayton, located at 2006 Edwin C. Moses Blvd, Dayton, Ohio 45417. The second will be held on November 10, 2012 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Dayton Mall, located at 8960 Mall Ring Road, Dayton, Ohio 45459.
