The board of directors of The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 9 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Dec. 2, 2009, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 20, 2009. It will be the 350th consecutive dividend paid on the common stock of the company.
