Time Domain and its partner PinPoint Data Systems, an RTLS integrator and provider of marketing data and reports

to retailers and consumer package goods manufacturers, have shipped PLUS to multiple retail locations in the United Kingdom. The system provides the most precise and real-time data available indoors on the global market today allowing European retail, manufacturing and healthcare customers to improve operational efficiency and increase sales.

PLUS is available throughout the European Union complying with required radio frequency spectrum and safety compliance. PLUS tags newly developed for the EU : have replaceable batteries, transmit and receive capability, and can be dynamically configured with update rates up to 10 times per second and placed in sleep mode when not being used.
The system has the capability to provide 24 x 7 real-time highly precise (down to inches) data on every asset in an indoor setting, including inventory, vehicles, people and more. Time Domain provides a vertical orientation EU tag that can be used for asset tracking or people tracking, as well as a horizontal asset tracking tag. This addition to the PLUS product line features an increased range of 25 percent at the same price point as Time Domain’s original US products.

Other tracking technologies in the past have failed due to poor location accuracy, expense and lack of long lasting battery powered systems. PLUS reaches beyond the limits of other systems, such as GPS, Zigbee and Wi-Fi, with accuracy and long battery life at the lowest total cost of ownership that is unmatched in the industry. With the additions of the EU and Korea version of PLUS, Time Domain can now deploy PLUS in more than 95 percent of the world.
