The former boy band member has been named the most influential celebrity for charitable causes in
a survey by The Daily Beast website.
Timberlake has raised $9,198,072 for his favorite good cause, Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Madonna came second in the list, having gathered funds of $5,501,835 for her Raising Malawi foundation, while former Baywatch actress Pamela Anderson was third, raising $4,806,750 for animal rights organization People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
The top five was rounded out by media mogul Oprah Winfrey and her Oprah's Angel Network, and U2 frontman Bono with his ONE foundation.
