Sponsored by the Brand Protection (BP) Council, the annual event is a gathering of thought leaders in intellectual property, patents, copyright, and licensing for discussion of legal issues, IP management and strategy. This year's event was held from September 15-17 at the Marriott Hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Presenting to an audience of in-house attorneys and IP managers, Cohen discussed recent U.S. Supreme Court patent decisions. In addition, he lead a general discussion about the U.S. jury trial system in IP cases, and how it contrasts with similar systems in the rest of the world.
