In this position, Goodman is responsible for overseeing the evolution of properties, from sourcing and acquisition to disposition.
"Darryll has more than 20 years of real estate experience and specializes in rehabilitating troubled properties," said Tony Thompson,
chairman and chief executive officer at Thompson National Properties. "He is a tremendous asset to the team."
Previously, Goodman was senior vice president, asset management at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Inc., formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Goodman sold more than $800 million of assets on behalf of investors. Prior to this, Goodman was vice president and operations manager at Hawaiian Asset Management Inc., and state director of operations at the International Council of Shopping Centers' (ICSC) Hawaii office. Goodman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Hawaii.
