Spanish Tapas.
Iain Macdonald and Gayle Hartley run their online specialist delicatessen from the small rural village of Orce in the Granada province of Andalusia. No strangers to tapas themselves they have devised the perfect tapas 'menus' due to customer demand for variation, theme and authentic Spanish product. Announcing the new menus Gayle describes the reasoning behind the idea, 'It was
our customers that created the idea, Spanish tapas are very versatile, so versatile in fact that there are almost too many ideas and recipe combinations, we decided to simplify the overall perception and detail the most popular traditional Andalusian menus for a broad range of functions.'
Menus include tapas for all occasions, pre paella dishes, buffet ideas, barbeque and garden party menus and the 'ultimate tapas party' Iain speaks of Spain's most famous tapa, the Serrano ham, 'Spanish food and tapas are all about flavour, the menus for our customers combine the best Spanish flavours including the Serrano ham - no Spanish function either indoors or outdoors should be without one, a very economical way of serving up some real Spain which goes exceptionally well with a multitude of complimentary fruits, vegetables and beverages.'
With few limits to Spanish menu combinations customers can expect an increasing portfolio of 'tapas menus' combining the finest flavours from Spain. The menus are free and can be viewed online at the Orce Serrano Hams website.
Orce Serrano Hams is a family run delicatessen based in the Granada region of Andalusia. Specialising in Spanish hams and charcuterie, the business retails only local, hand made specialities direct from southern Spain.
